**VOTRE QUOTIDIEN**:
- Assurer la responsabilité de bout en bout de l’atteinte des objectifs du projet dans le respect des engagements pris vis-à-vis du Métier, en conformité avec les orientations stratégiques de l’entité et les attentes du sponsor
- Piloter l’ensemble du projet et coordonner tous les acteurs et contributeurs
- Gérer le budget et la capacité de la Squad, planifier et animer les SteerCo avec des équipes Métiers et Fonctions et prioriser le backlog et les sujets en fonction de la capacité de l'équipe
- Planifier, préparer et assurer le passage dans les instances de gouvernance projet
- Animer la relation avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes et garantir leur engagement tout au long du projet
- Intégrer la conduite du changement dans son projet et contribuer à celle-ci pour les activités qui le concernent
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- En tant que Product Owner, l’enjeu de la mission est double puisqu’il s’agit d’une part de s’assurer de la bonne gestion de la plateforme (Squad, backlog, arbitrages, comités, priorisations,), et d’autre part de travailler sur l’aspect stratégique de réduction de l’empreinte sur le Territoire Suisse et d’utilisation de solution Cloud du Groupe.
- Vous travaillez sur des thématiques très diverses au sein d’une équipe composée à la fois de chefs de projet, d’experts et d’analystes développeurs localisés en Suisse et en France.
**VOTRE ÉQUIPE**:
- La DSI, rattachée au CEO de notre entité, a pour objectif d’assurer le fonctionnement, l’évolution et la cohérence globale du Système d’Information en Suisse. Ce département est également un levier essentiel pour supporter les transformations de nos Métiers et Fonctions. La DSI doit également garantir un niveau de qualité, de rapidité et de sécurité pour nos partenaires internes et nos clients, tout en respectant la réglementation locale et celle s’appliquant au Groupe.
- Au sein de la DSI, dans le département Territory Information System (TIS), vous rejoignez l’équipe « Functions & Digitalization », qui est en charge de l’ensemble du périmètre applicatif pour les Fonctions de la Banque (Ressources Humaines, Immobilier d’exploitation, Engagement d’Entreprise, Légal ) ainsi que de la modernisation des outils (programme O365, Sharepoint Online,) et des méthodes de travail (Programme DevSecOps).
