Nous ouvrons un poste de **Project Manager / Product Owner** pour une banque privée de la place genevoise, mission de longue durée (plus de 2 ans).

Au sein de la DSI, dans le département Territory Information System (TIS), vous rejoignez l’équipe « Functions & Digitalization », qui est en charge de l'ensemble du périmètre applicatif pour les Fonctions de la Banque (Ressources Humaines, Immobilier d'’exploitation, Engagement d’Entreprise, Légal...) ainsi que de la transformation et modernisation des méthodes de travail a travers notamment la mise en place d’outils digitaux et de solutions innovantes.

Vous intervenez en tant chef de projet sur l'ensemble de ce périmètre riche et varié, afin d’accompagner nos partenaires et la transformation de notre entité au quotidien. Vous travaillez sur des thématiques très diverses au sein d'une équipe composée a la fois de chefs de projet, d’experts et d’analystes développeurs.

Son rôle sera réparti entre **Project Manager (50%) et Product Owner (50%)**

Vous prenez en charge un ou plusieurs projets sur le périmètre mentionné plus haut, ce qui implique les activités suivantes:

- Piloter vos projets dans le respect des procédures dle la DSI
- Fournir une solution qui réponde aux exigences en respectant les contraintes fixées
- S’assurer de l'engagement des parties prenantes et contributeurs du projet
- Mettre a jour et communiquer régulièrement les livrables de suivi du projet
- Organiser Les réunions et comités adéquats
- Formaliser les différents livrables attendus
- Assurer un suivi régulier du budget, des risques et des problèmes
- Coordonner la construction de la solution
- Contribuer aux différents programmes de transformation et de remédiations
- Promouvoir les méthodes de travail agiles et accompagner votre squad

Vous travaillez au quotidien avec toutes les équipes de la DSI. Par ailleurs, de nombreuses interactions avec le Groupe et les filiale seront nécessaires afin d’assurer la cohérence des solutions proposées et leur alignement avec la stratégie globale.

**Tâches attendues**:
Les missions du chef de projet sont les suivantes:

- Assurer la responsabilité de bout en bout de l’atteinte des objectifs du projet dans le respect des engagements pris vis-a-vis du Métier, en conformité avec les orientations stratégiques de l’entité et les attentes du sponsor
- Piloter l'ensemble du projet et coordonner tous les acteurs et contributeurs
- Planifier, préparer et assurer le passage dans Les instances de gouvernance projet
- Animer la relation avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes et garantir leur engagement tout au long du projet
- Intégrer la conduite du changement dans son projet et contribuer a celle-ci pour les activités qui le concernent
- Elaborer le plan de déploiement avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes et garantir son exécution
- Être l'interlocuteur de référence pour l'ensemble du projet
- Animer et/ou participer a des communautés de pratiques
- 10 années d’expérience minimum dans la Gestion de Projet
- Maitrise des principes de gestion d'un projet et de sa gouvernance
- Expériences en tant que Product Owner
- Excellences connaissances des pratiques agiles (certification Scrum ou Product Owner)
- Maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais

Les connaissances suivantes sont un plus:

- Connaissance du domaine bancaire
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets pour des Fonctions de type RH, Communication, Gestion Immobilière, Juridique est un véritable atout
