**Football Technology Manager (Freelance)**:

- In this role, you will be leading the implementation of football technologies at selected FIFA tournaments by managing project teams and acting as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

These are your key tasks:

- Closely collaborating with other FIFA departments and divisions, particularly FIFA’s Refereeing Subdivision, Technical Development Division, Tournament Division, and Commercial Division, by identifying their needs and communicating requirements.
- Overseeing and monitoring operations throughout FIFA tournaments, providing continuous support to both internal (FTI venue managers, other FIFA departments) and external parties (providers, local counterparts, observer programs, etc.).
- Managing the procurement process for the required technologies and services by analyzing the market, drafting tender documents, selecting suppliers, and negotiating agreements.
- Supporting the implementation and operations of football technologies on-site by acting as a venue manager during selected FIFA tournaments.
- Improving FIFA’s technology setup and services at FIFA tournaments by constantly analyzing the market and testing and assessing new technologies and innovations.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

- 3-5 years of experience working with technology in sports and events and leading project teams.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in French or Spanish is an asset.
- Proactive, efficient, flexible, with a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships within and outside the organization.
- Ethics, integrity, and transparency.
- Passion for football and a strong team player.
- Willingness to travel.
