Tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive athlete-focused sports marketing strategy.
- Strengthen sports partnerships like Swiss-Ski for mutual benefit and collaborate with athletes for authentic and compelling content.
- Lead community growth plan for engagement and brand loyalty and implement innovative strategies to encourage active participation.
- Establish strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and ensure seamless execution of virtual and physical events aligned with brand values.
- Create actionable marketing plans aligning with the brand and commercial goals and collaborate with distributors and key accounts for maximum impact.
- Develop impactful strategies for brand growth in trade channels and track and adjust initiatives based on data-lead insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for effective execution of the go-to-market strategy.
- Report to CMO

**Requirements**:

- BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership roles with budget responsibility, preferably within sports or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of sports marketing, community engagement, and event management
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure marketing performance
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for innovative marketing approaches
- Experience in trade marketing and B2B engagement is advantageous
