You are responsible for building and managing a collaboration plan with customers and drive highest satisfaction and mind-share. To be successful, you will need to understand the regional and global marketing and sales strategies and position u-blox technologies accordingly with the u-blox product centers and regional channel teams.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Define and execute sales and marketing strategy for global partnerships
- Develop new product introduction plan for u-blox technologies to execute
- Provide sales leadership and collaboration with u-blox regional head of channel
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate with decision makers in the value chain to maximize revenue potential
- Provide feed-back on current and future requirements from the mass market

**Your Skills and Experience**
- At least 5 years of distribution sales experience in semiconductor solutions including cellular modems, GPS/GNSS and WiFi/Bluetooth technologies
- Knowledge of distribution terminology
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to plan and execute in the short term and long term
- Frequent national and international travel
- Track record in business development and revenue growth
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve results in a team environment
