We are currently seeking a passionate and visionary Co-Founder/CEO to bring our ambitious "Longevity Campus" project to life.

**About the Longevity Campus**

Longevity Campus will become the state-of-the-art co-working hub, fostering collaboration and innovation within the longevity industry. This unique space will bring together entrepreneurs, scientists, and established players in a motivational, purpose-driven, and fast-paced environment. By sharing knowledge, lab space, technical resources, and curated activities, the Longevity Campus will drive advancements in longevity research and technology. Longevity Campus is a for-profit start up, with secured financing and lined-up blue-chip industry partners.

We believe that by offering a longevity-dedicated co-working space with campus character, we will foster the accelerated development of companies and solutions that will extend the healthy lifespan of individuals. We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial CEO/Co-Founder to lead Longevity Campus in its mission to drive innovation in the longevity industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the overall strategy and vision for Longevity Campus, including, creating a strong investment case and business plan
- Driving the project from its initial concept to a fully realized campus, encompassing tasks such as identifying the ideal location, handling negotiations, and overseeing the renovation process, ultimately transforming the vision of the Longevity Campus into a reality
- Lead the development and implementation of a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Identify and recruit top talent in the longevity industry, including entrepreneurs, scientists, and established players, to join the Longevity Campus community
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry leaders, and academic institutions
- Ensure that Longevity Campus operates efficiently and effectively, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and impact
- Become the ambassador for the Longevity Campus and duplicate the idea in other countries with like-minded people
- After the successful launch of the first campus in Switzerland, develop and implement a global expansion strategy to establish additional Longevity Campuses worldwide

**Requirements**:

- Entrepreneurial background, ideally with experience in co-founding or leading a startup
- A strong motivation to bring an innovative venture from concept to reality
- Proven experience in project management, events, co-working, or innovation hub management is an advantage
- Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing team, with experience in recruiting and retaining top talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn about aging and longevity science, and a willingness to grasp key trends, challenges, and opportunities in the field.
- Passion for making a positive impact on society through innovation and entrepreneurship
