For our work together with the **Jacobs Foundation** to define a unified, evidence-based, minimum or base standard of Quality Assurance practices for EdTech solutions, which can be implemented in all countries and regions, support the interoperability of existing and developing Quality Assurance Mechanisms and certification practices in EdTech and lead policy and decision makers to rely on quality assurance and evidence-based mechanisms and practices in EdTech, we are looking for someone to:
**Co-managing local partnerships** (i.e. with Educa, Privatim, research institutions, and policy contacts), **coordinating workshop and event formats within the Swiss ecosystem supported by the EEA event team** starting with canton engagement and following the EEA format of engaging country-wide policy through high-level events. Sharing local insights, feedback and requirements into the report writing and workshop/event guidelines work, supporting dissemination activities locally. Supporting the development of localised guidelines and models of implementation. Implementing workshop and event formats and engaging local partners for stakeholder discussions. Empowering local testing environments to include a policy lab approach and supporting communication and reach about this into an international environment through an evaluation roadshow.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in education or education policy in Switzerland, local partnership organisation and coordination, or policy writing
- Experience in coordinating events
- Bonus: Experience in Edtech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English and proficiency in one other European language.
- Fully remote work arrangement, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance

**Job Types**: Part-time, 40-60%

**Salary**: CHF35’000.00 - CHF40’000.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 - 22 per week
