En font partie la location de voitures, le Valet Parking, le service de limousines, le car sharing et les parkings. Sur plus de 90 sites, quelque 600 collaborateurs veillent chaque jour à ce que nos clients bénéficient d'un conseil compétent et d'un service de qualité.
Nous sommes à la recherche pour notre agences dans la région de Neuchâtel d’un/e:
**Front Sales Agent auxiliaire 30% - 40%**:
**Mission du poste**:
- Rattaché(e) au responsable de l’agence, votre tâche première est de fournir des prestations de qualité contribuant à la satisfaction de nos clients.
A ce titre, vous avez pour mission de:
- Conseiller et orienter nos clients
- Établir des réservations et contrats de location ainsi que la facturation finale
- Gérer la remise et réception des véhicules
- Aider à la gestion et organisation de la flotte par rapport aux réservations
- Divers travaux administratifs
- Ne pas hésiter à aider les collègues également au lavage de véhicule lorsque nécessaire
**Profil**:
- De nature communicative et enjouée, vous avez un sens développé des relations commerciales et vous aimez le contact avec la clientèle. Doté(é) d’un esprit de conquête, vous savez faire preuve d’autonomie et aimez les défis. De plus, vous
- Parlez et écrivez couramment le français
- Bonnes connaissances de la langue anglaise, l’allemand un atout.
- Êtes au bénéfice d’un permis de conduire de catégorie B
- Vous habitez idéalement dans la région de rejoindre facilement notre agence
- Ce poste conviendrait à des étudiant(e)s désireux de travailler à côté de leurs études.
