The Eltanbouli Family has an over 60-year-old successful history in the F&B Industry producing and distributing dairy products in the Middle East and North Africa. For the 3rd generation it is now time for the next step by expanding the business with a new and very promising product innovation to the DACH-Area. For our Headquarters in Baar, Switzerland, we are looking at the earliest convenience for a CEO and Managing Director.

In this exciting position you will have the opportunity to:

- Actively develop a new Range of Beverages/Food and bring them to market
- Build-up and manage a new production infrastructure in the German part of Switzerland from scratch
- Create the distribution strategy and marketing campaign for the launch of the products
- Help grow the business over the next years with the goal to become an industry leader
- At least 10 years of work experience in the F&B Industry (with focus on product innovation), of which at least 5 years in a management position
- In-depth knowledge of production facilities and distribution logistics
- Experience in building-up a successful business e.g., in a start-up environment
- Understanding of budgeting, business development and business planning processes
- Strong connections in the retail and gastronomy landscape in DACH and Middle East
- Business mindset, ability to work independently as well as strong negotiation skills
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or similar
- Fluent language skills in English and Arabic

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From CHF10,000.00 per month
