Chair Airline AG is seeking for a

**Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager**

to join our dynamic team.

The Zurich based headquarters with over 100 employees in cabin, cockpit and office are working together to connect Zurich with vacation destinations around the Mediterranean.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Supports the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) in ensuring that all activities of the organisation are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements and standards. As well as any additional requirements as established by the organisation and are being carried out properly under the supervision of the relevant head of the respective functional area.
- Supports the CMM in ensuring that the Compliance Monitoring Programme is properly implemented, maintained, continually reviewed and improved.
- Performs audits and inspections provided he has the related competence in the area of audits/inspections to be conducted.
- Monitors the implementation and effectiveness of preventive and corrective action through the follow-up process.
- Perform internal manuals compliance review.
- Promotes corporate culture for safety and compliance.
- Maintains records and documents of the Management System.
- Continuously monitors changes in legal framework in coordination with CMM.
- Liaison with regulatory authorities, original equipment manufacturers and other operationally relevant external organisations, as requested by CMM.

**Requirements**:

- Adequate knowledge of:

- The applicable ICAO-, EASA- and Swiss federal civil aviation safety, security, and compliance regulations and any associated procedures.
- Airline Management System concepts (safety, compliance and security).
- Trained internal auditor with previous experience in compliance monitoring in aviation.
- Management experience and expertise in Management System, preferably in a comparable organization, would be an advantage.
- Previous Flight Operations and/or Aircraft Maintenance experience will be considered as strong advantage.
- High social competence, credibility, and conflict resolution ability.
- Able to collect information and evidence through effective interviewing, listening, and observing.
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
- Sound language-knowledge in English, German would be an advantage.
