Join the national management team of Kuehne+Nagel Switzerland and shape the logistics world of tomorrow together with the Integrated Logistics Department**
Your Role**:In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing and leading the Integrated Logistics business unit on a national level for Switzerland. As part of the National Management Team, you represent the national business unit in the WEU region as a member of the Regional Integrated Logistics Management Team in Europe. You will manage the P&L, retention, renewal and potential expansion of the current customer portfolio, business development activities in collaboration with the national sales team and the overall management of IL products, services, activities and benefits.**
Your Responsibilities**:

- Profit and loss responsibility of the business unit Integrated Logistics/4PL services at national level
- Customer service with strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, business expansion, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to ensure business continuity. This may include taking direct responsibility of an account in the role of Business Manager
- Pursuing and developing a solid sales pipeline in collaboration with the national sales team and in line with the strategy of the business unit and the national country organization
- Establish client target plans and create opportunities across business lines to achieve profitable growth
- Financial responsibility for all 4PL/Integrated Logistics clients serviced out of Switzerland, with a strong focus on stringent cost management and compliance with business unit policies
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure successful management of financial budgets, forecasting, resources and profitability, including profit-sharing schemes, management fees and other compensation structures
- Overall organization of the departmental structure, including leading and motivating team members and supporting their professional development in compliance with existing HR and internal company policies

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Degree in freight forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience in this field
- At least 5 years of proven management experience and willingness to take on financial and personnel responsibility
- Extensive operational experience of all transport modes (sea-, air-, road logistics) is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive business growth and develop business models
- Strong solution oriented character and excellent process management, communication and negotiation skills
- High reliability, self-motivation and resulting flexibility, especially to travel
- Team player with strong mentoring, motivational and delegation skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
