Für die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams suchen wir für unsere Auftraggeberin eine\*n Sales Team Lead (w/m/d) mit langjähriger Erfahrung als Account Manager\*in und Führungsqualitäten.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Personelle, fachliche wie organisatorische Verantwortung inkl. Führung und der Erweiterung des Sales Teams.
- Akquisition von Neukunden und Pflege/ Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden in der Deutschschweiz.
- Kundenberatung im Bereich Hybrid-Cloud-Lösungen auf Basis VMware & HPE-Technologien kombiniert mit den Services der Kundin
- Erfolgreiche Realisierung von Up
- und Cross-Selling
- Erfolgreiches Positionieren des Mehrwerts des Projekt
- und Betriebsleistungs-Portfolios bei Kunden
- Unternehmerische Verantwortung der Prozesse von der Offertenstellung bis zum Vertragsabschluss

Ihr Profil
- Langjährige Erfahrung als Account Manager mit dem Wunsch, Ihre Führungsqualitäten zu entwickeln bzw. weiterzuentwickeln
- Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Gekonntes & geschicktes stufengerechtes Kommunizieren zu Entscheidungsträgen und Mitarbeitern
- Verhandlungssicher mit Entscheidungsträgern in sehr gutem Deutsch und Englisch (Wort & Schrift)
- Gute Kenntnisse & Erfahrungen im Hardware Geschäft
- Erfahrung mit Dienstleistungen wie Hybrid Cloud und Digital Workplace sind vorteilhaft
