PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Our Investor Relations & Financial Communications group is looking for Manager Investor Relations & Financial Communications to join the team. In this role you will be the point person managing the operations of IR activities such as public webcasts, IR website/app, annual report process. You will manage vendor relationships and project manage seamless execution to final product, contribute over time to our written communications including press releases, earnings materials with an objective of developing into the go-to person for first drafts.

ROLE RESPONSOBILITIES
- Be responsible for PMI IR website and IR app - timeliness, accuracy, enhancing user experience, presentation, layout, narrative and posting of materials. Work closely with communications team and external providers. Manage updates and upgrades.
- Manage design and production process for efficient and high-impact investor communication materials, notably including the Annual Report process. This entails end-to-end management of the production process, costs, vendors, design, photography, printing, proofing to deliver a high-quality outcome on time to meet our SEC and proxy requirements.
- Expand from drafting of webcast advisory releases to drafting written content for a wider range of investor communications e.g. press releases, earnings materials.

WHO WE LOOKING FOR
- Experience of different roles within PMI, including multi-stakeholder project management. Finance and global comms experience very relevant. Solid understanding of PMI's business and strategy.
- Strong collaborator and network builder. Good communicator with strong written English (global comms experience a plus). High attention to detail. Comfortable interacting with senior management.
- Geographic mobility is a plus.
