**Tu gères un portefeuille immobilier en tant que Property Manager**:

- Tu contrôles, vérifies et approuves les factures fournisseurs (Basware), les baux ainsi que les demandes (budget) et les frais accessoire
- Tu examines et surveilles les changements de loyer Tu gères de manière indépendante les débiteurs et créanciers
- Tu es responsable des tâches administratives, des mutations et des travaux de suivi et d’enregistrement
- Tu soutiens les gérances externes pour les questions liées au système
- Tu es garant de la qualité et de l’exhaustivité des données dans nos systèmes

**Tu maîtrises le français de manière courante et tu possèdes de bonnes connaissances d'allemand**:

- Tu es au bénéfice d’un Brevet fédéral idéalement, ou tu es en passe de le faire
- Tu as une expérience préalable dans la gérance immobilière (min. 2 ans) et possèdes de bonnes connaissances comptables et juridiques (droit du bail, CO, CC, LP)
- Tu fais preuve d’une affinité digitale et tu participes activement au changement
- Forte orientation clients et gestion des relations sur un mode partenarial
- Tu travailles de manière précise et tu penses en réseau
