Le Guest Relations Manager joue un rôle primordial dans la satisfaction du client dès son arrivée mais aussi durant son séjour et jusqu’à son départ.
Il/Elle est ambassadeur de l’image de l’hôtel en assurant un accueil personnalisé à la clientèle.
Il/Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements pour créer et maintenir une expérience client unique.
- Accueillir les clients VIP selon les arrivées du jour et lors de l’absence du Directeur Général
- Présence dans le lobby aux heures d’affluences pour accueillir personnellement les clients des points de vente F&B (de 18h30 à 21h)
- Entretenir et développer une relation privilégiée auprès de la clientèle régulière et VIP afin de les fidéliser
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de service pour mettre en place des processus améliorant l’expérience client
- S’assurer en tout temps que le niveau de satisfaction des clients est conforme aux standards
- Être en lien avec tous les services pour veiller au respect des demandes du client
- Mesurer et communiquer les résultats (Satisfaction client, défis, réussites, etc.) de manière hebdomadaire au N+1
- Fournir continuellement des informations à jour sur les ouvertures et fermetures à l’échelle de la ville lorsque vous faites référence à des restaurants, des lieux de divertissement et à des événements
- Contrôler les chambres VIP en arrivée
**_ Guest intelligence / Assistant d’expérience :_**
- Identifier les clients en arrivée en utilisant toutes les technologies disponibles
- Communiquer avec les clients en amont afin d’être en mesure de répondre à leurs attentes
- Coordonner les demandes et attentes clients entre les départements
- Être constamment à l’écoute des clients et les rencontrer pour connaitre leurs préférences
- Communiquer toutes les informations relatives aux clients aux équipes via les canaux nécessaires (PMS, Beekeeper, courriel,etc )
- Enregistrer et mettre à jour les préférences clients dans la base de données
- Gestion des questions et des plaintes clients et les faire remonter à la Direction
- Collaborer aux réponses des clients lors de leur feedback in-stay et post departure
- Effectuer une veille des missions et développement de l’activité hôtelière à l’échelle internationale afin de toujours mettre en place de nouvelle expérience et améliorer l’existant
Diplômé/e d’une Ecole hôtelière ou titre jugé équivalent, vous vous caractérisez par les qualités suivantes:
- 2 ans d’expérience en opération Hébergement
- Polyvalent, discret, flexible, attention des détails et diplomate
Pratique du français et de l'anglais conversationnel, la pratique d'une troisième langue étrangère est un atout non négligeable
