**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Manage and control the CRO IT Change the Bank (CtB) Basket
- Lead the yearly budgeting process of the Division’s CtB Basket in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Timely preparation of status updates and forecasts for the CRO project portfolio for Senior Management
- Planning and leading the monthly CRO Transformation Oversight Board meetings together with the Basket Sponsor
- Responsibility for the CRO Faculty, a division-wide programme to foster lifelong learning of the CRO employees
- Planning and leading the quarterly CRO Faculty Board meetings
- Preparation of the CRO Division Newsletter and other Division-wide communications
- Coordinate and lead across functions and Sub-Divisions to deliver on ad-hoc business deliverables and analytics
- Preparation of Senior Management presentations
- Coordination and organization of CRO-internal events | conferences, such as Town Hall or Management On
- | Offsite events
- Independent management of various administrative tasks
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- University degree or other higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Banking and Finance
- At least 3 - 4 years’ experience as financial generalist in the financial industry
- Very good communicative skills; fluent in English and German
- Open for new challenges and willingness to learn
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Proactive and ability to work independently on own initiative
- Team-oriented as well as able to lead and motivate others
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and react positively in the face of change
