**Manager Technical Training (f/m/d)**

**Your daily contribution**:

- Overseeing the adaptation and creation of training programs to align with current and future needs
- Managing a team of 4 technical trainings specialists, including goal setting and performance development
- Collaborating with Technical Experts, Research and Development, Sales and IT to gain a deeper understanding of needs and ensuring they are effectively addressed
- Ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of technical training initiatives
- Assessing and implementing state-of-the-art training techniques, including online and face-to-face methods

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of five years of experience in planning and executing technical training programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Track record of successfully guiding technical teams towards achieving organizational goals and objectives
- In-depth knowledge of technical products and services, with a preference for expertise in the field of compressors
- Affinity for digital technologies in the field of technical training and enthusiasm for innovative developments in the digital training domain
- Excellent in English (spoken and written). Every additional language is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills to ensure the successful planning and execution of diverse training initiatives
- Visionary thinking regarding the future of technical training in a digital context
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to technical training programs, including experience in analyzing and optimizing budgetary resources
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
