Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.**What **You’ll** Do**
- Manage projects and client relationships
- Work with senior level clients who have broad, cross-functional responsibilities to help them make strategic choices about their business and/or transform their organization
- Lead large-scale organizational strategy and transformation initiatives to improve performance and achieve strategic goals
- Lead discussions with client senior management on both client-specific matters and issues affecting the broader healthcare landscape
- Communicate interrelated business issues with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions
- Address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation
- Structure and develop client deliverables and thought leadership in PowerPoint or Word, including "telling the story” with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner
- Build and nurture senior level client relationships
- Drive project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings and guiding and teaching more junior team members
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects, practices and clients
- Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members
- Identify new business development opportunities through previous and new client relationships, and shepherd these opportunities through to proposal stage
- Lead the development of clear and compelling proposals for a wide variety of business issues, working across various expertise areas within ZS and leveraging our deep domain expertise
- Integrate within our values driven culture as a team player.
