Season after season, we are selecting softer, silkier, and lighter materials for our collections. We are hiring worldwide talents to offer exclusive and colorful items, creating an addictive universe.
**Today we hire: Store Manager (M/F/d) - Full time 100%**
Under the management of the Area Manager, you will participate in the achievement of the team’s objectives.
As an ambassador of Des Petits Hauts, you will oversee the following:
- Insuring a positive shopping experience to every customer.
Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit by providing a personalized customer care.
Advise the customer by highlighting the characteristics of our products thanks to an appropriate sales pitch;
Develop customer loyalty and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Managing, animating and federating your sales team:
Participate in recruitment of new talents.
Ensure the integration and training of the team.
Manage sales objectives and report them to the area manager.
Insure personal development of the team.
Develop personal skills of the team in a positive environment.
Establish schedules and ensure optimal store’s operations.
- Contributing to the development of the turnover of your point of sale:
- Develop retail excellence.
- Monitor local actions to develop the brand
- Monitor stocks and ensure availability (deliveries/ transfers/orders)
- Control and optimize key performance indicators
- Highlighting our collections through inspiring merchandising visuals:
- Adapt the visuals according to our company's guidelines.
- Ensure high standards.
You have a successful management experience in Retail, ideally with high street brands.
You are field oriented, have developed excellent interpersonal skills and are well organized.
You are passionate about fashion, you have a strong product awareness and a good knowledge of competitors and trends.
You have French speaking skills, it’s a plus.
