**Deine Aufgaben**:

- BE A LEADER - Du bist die stellvertretene Leitung deines Stores
- Berate unsere Kunden individuell und lebe unsere Unternehmenskultur
- Behalte die Kennzahlen deines Stores im Blick
- Führe, motiviere und entwickle dein Team kontinuierlich weiter
- Unterstütze bei der Rekrutierung der passenden Mitarbeiter/innen für deinen Store
- Setze die einheitlichen Visual Merchandising Vorgaben von SNIPES um
- Sei ein Vorbild in deiner Rolle und begeistere dein Umfeld

- Grundverständnis für Retail Prozesse
