- aussieht, stelle ich Dir gerne vor.
**Die Aufgaben**:
Als Store Manager* trägst du nicht nur die Verantwortung für den Laden, sondern auch für ein grossartiges 12-köpfiges Team. Du bist daher virtuos im Erstellen von Arbeitsplänen, erledigst die Bestellungen für die Produktion mit links, hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches sowie dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und bringst dich an den Sitzungen mit der Geschäftsleitung ein, magst es aber auch, mal in der Backstube oder am Tresen zu stehen.
**Meine Fragen an dich**:
- Hast du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung und vorzugsweise auch schon Führungserfahrung?
- Würden deine Liebesten behaupten, dass du ein ultimatives Organisationstalent bist und stehts auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick behältst?
- Sind dir Teamwork und eine familiäre Unternehmenskultur die auf Wertschätzung, Respekt und transparenter Kommunikation aufbaut wichtig und lebst du diese auch so vor?
- Kennst du dich mit den Sicherheits
- & Hygienevorschriften aus, sowie mit den Themen rund um Nachhaltigkeit und Bio-Lebensmitteln?
- Ist arbeiten an den Wochenenden für dich okay?
