For our Digital team in PMI Duty Free we are therefore looking for a Manager Digital.
The overall purpose of this position is, under the Global Head of Digital for the Travel Retail Business Unit at PMI, to design and implement the global Duty Free Paid, Owned, Earned (POE) Strategy, in a team of 4 managers. You will actively contribute to innovate our Commercial organization by embedding a digital-first mindset, focusing on enhancing consumer engagement. You will play a key role in supporting our product launches to meet specific business objectives across major markets.
You will:
- Design, develop and carry out the POE Strategy for the Global Travel Retail Business Unit to enhance product visibility and drive customer footfall to our offline/online stores.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to create and develop digital solutions, both online and in retail, enhancing consumer awareness, education, and engagement.
- Establish strategic partnerships with E-Retailers and digital platforms within the Travel Retail eCommerce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) landscape to create seamless and effective user journeys.
- Plan and implement promotional calendar activities and product launches ensuring alignment with the Commercial and Marketing Teams.
- Oversee regional rollout of digital solutions and media campaigns activations, coordinating with local Business Units and the Global Retail Team.
- Lead digital and media performance tracking, establish relevant standards, and provide monthly digital activation reports. Direct the Media & Digital Agencies relationships, optimizing budget efficiency to achieve targets and standards.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Travel Retail, in Digital Strategy and Project management (Experience in Digital Agency is a plus) with sound experience in one of these fields: digital at retail projects, data capture strategy and CRM, media planning
- Extensive knowledge of global digital strategies, with shown background in web-based solutions, media deployment, CRM (data capture and data activation) and e-commerce projects.
- Forward-thinking innovator with a strategic vision, adept at anticipating and aligning industry trends with our business goals
- Skilled in data-driven planning, balancing Commercial and Marketing needs, excelling in shaping strategies amidst a rapidly evolving environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead both internal and external teams, including third-party agencies.
- Strong collaboration, analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills, adept at building relationships across various cultures and geographies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
