**Master Data Governance Manager**:**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and communicate master data standards within ABB Turbocharging
- Facilitate and lead master data domain working meetings
- Understand systems and processes that interact with master data domains
- Evaluate business processes and translate business needs into information and data requirements
- Provide business process consulting for master data and give input to master data architects and group functions regarding master data standards and models
- Assess, design, develop and implement master data management solutions, quality principles, and authorization concepts within complex system landscapes
- Ensure data quality standards are defined, measured, and maintained within master data domains and data quality is improved continuously
- Maintain and communicate global master data changes in all relevant systems in line with the process

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in master data management or data management
- Familiarity with data management and governance roles, principles, and processes
- Good functional and technical knowledge in one master data domain
- SAP S/4HANA experience or trainings are an advantage
- Having knowledge on master data quality management principles, technological solutions will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, hands-on mentality, willingness to take change and provide direction
- Collaborative, results orientation, willingness to commit to a direction and drive the operations to completion
- Ability to articulate vision of transformation efforts and a sense of mission
- A background in economics, business informatics or similar field
- Fluency in English, German is an asset
