Join Axpo Group as Lead G&D Digital & Data to enable the further digital transformation of our Generation & Distribution (G&D) business area. In this role, you will define data strategies, facilitate innovation, and collaborate across divisions to achieve business synergies and value creation.

**What you will do**:

- Define and maintain the data strategy, governance principles, standards, and roadmaps for G&D's production and distribution oriented divisions, ranging from Hydropower & Biomass over Nuclear, Green Gases, Solar, Batteries and Wind to Distribution/Grid.
- Enable and coordinate digital innovation and transformation efforts to unlock business value.
- Shape and execute divisional digital roadmaps with G&D’s strategic objectives.
- Foster a Digital Community for knowledge sharing across G&D divisions.
- Drive collaboration between divisions and group services for synergy creation.
- Contribute to agile transformation, digital product management, data governance and emerging tech adoption.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, digital transformation, engineering, business administration.
- Certifications in agile, AI, digital transformation, or data governance.
- 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, data management, or solution architecture.
- Expertise in emerging technologies, cloud computing, and enterprise systems in large organizations.
- Strong communication skills, innovation mindset, and the ability to orchestrate and align a multitude of initiatives across diverse stakeholders in a matrix-organisation.
- A reliable and structured person.
- Fluent in English (C1); German proficiency (B2 or better).
