We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our Data & Analytics program, bringing existing initiatives together with concrete business requirements. While Data & Analytics have always been an important element in our activities, we now want to bring our data and modelling capabilities to the next level. The program will address the needs of our DnA (Data & Analytics) community across various functions and gradually establish a cutting-edge workbench for various activities related to Data & Analytics. You will collaborate with the project managers of the current initiatives and engage with the future users to make sure that we deliver a program that suits our decentral culture. You ensure consistency with our overarching data and analytics strategy and work closely with the DnA Council, our x-divisional business owner of the whole program.

**What You Will Do**:

- Provide an umbrella function and coordinate a range of data and analytics initiatives, aligning them with our strategic goals.
- Develop a roadmap across the different initiatives to ensure gradual delivery of the features most relevant for the DnA community.
- Engage across our hubs and divisions to identify common elements that should be integrated and delivered as part of the program.
- Lead, mentor, and support project managers within the program, fostering a collaborative, supportive and high-performance culture.
- Take ownership to gradually deliver a professional developer experience such that all people working with data and using code can focus on creating insights.
- Act as a liaison between the program team and our DnA Council, maintaining transparency and alignment.
- Oversee program financials, including budget planning, allocation, and cost management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in data and analytics.

**What You Bring & Who You Are**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional education in technology management and/or an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex data and analytics projects/programs, with knowledge of industry standards in data management and analytics.
- Proven ability in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, strong organizational leadership, skilled in strategic planning and execution, and experience in change management.
- Exceptional communication skills and analytical thinking combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented person, willingness to travel.
- Well experienced in using agile methods, working with pods/squads, OKRs is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
