**Your responsibilities**:
- Lead market intelligence activities to capture detailed insights into industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with your direct colleagues, R&D and other stakeholders to translate cross industrial/process requirements into product specifications and innovative features.
- Manage the lifecycle of our products from conceptualization to market launch and beyond.
- Define business cases, product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with broader business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, including profitability and cost structures, and make strategic adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the development of training programs and marketing materials to ensure effective product launches and sustained market penetration.
**Your background**:
- Solid technical background and minimum 3-5 years of work experience in power electronics field.
- Experience in (reasonable) productization, platform synthesis, manufacturing, and cost optimization of converters a big advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions, ideally proven by experience in strategic roles.
- Strong understanding of requirement identification and definition, product development as well as lifecycle management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- University degree in electrical engineering or related. Ph.D. is highly beneficial.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial but not required.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 15%)
