At EATbyalex we are on a mission to change people’s eating habits towards a more sustainable future, and we’re doing it by showing off the power of plants. Each week we make life easier by preparing & delivering healthy meal plans in the cantons of Zurich, Zug & Schwyz. We also organise retreats, cooking workshops and caterings. We’re a very ambitious team and we have a lot of fun together Customers are at the core of everything we do and we strive to offer the best customer service by being helpful and present in their lives. We need more talented colleagues to join the Zurich team to ensure we run a smooth operation. We are looking for a person who can take on the full-time position as Startup Assistant for the first few months. The role will then be transformed into a shared role at 60%. Further details will be discussed during the interview.

We operate from Sunday to Thursday and in your assistant role, we require you to work from the EATbyalex LAB. Once the role becomes shared, you will have more flexibility to work remotely.

Tasks
- PA to CEO & CTO
- Friendly and helpful customer service in English & German
- Handling of customer orders & logistics
- Liaision with kitchen and delivery teams
