**Your role**

As HR Assistant you are a member of our People & Operations team. You will support the Global People Partner lead in all administrative aspects like on

**Responsibilities include and not limited to**:

- Onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting with the development and improvement of our HR policies and internal Wiki
- Collaboration with our Office & Admin coordinator in keeping highest standards in our office spaces
- Actively managing team building activities for Zurich and remote teams
- Substitutor for people partner lead
- Queries & statistics (in Hibob and Greenhouse)
- Helping in the creation and management of quarterly Surveys
- Keeping informed and active about recruitment events and internal initiatives
- Building strong relationships with the team and in charge of 1on1's HR alignments for a specific group

**We would love to hear from you if**:

- You have gathered at least 3 years work experience in human resources, ideally in start/scale up organizations
- You've accomplished your Swiss HR Assistant certification
- **You master excel**:

- You have excellent communication skills (in German and English)
- You are swiss or possess a B or C permit
- You are a quick learner and have the ability to work independently
- You can deal with multiple tasks and react well under pressure
