**Digital Delivery Manager**:
**Position purpose**:
The Digital Delivery Manager will be responsible for understanding the markets' business needs and challenges in order to deploy the most relevant digital consumer experience while staying true to the global vision.
The person in this role will collaborate closely with the digital delivery team to ensure that all digital capabilities are deployed with our markets, meeting business expectations whilst being accountable for the coordination, alignment and execution of the digital consumer experience.
**What you will do - Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate the ability to translate brand and feature strategies into best-in-class local market deployments. Have an expert understanding of digital channels, channel requirements and how to evaluate success. Experience in working at the heart of a brand and being able to proactively influence local market brand teams and thinking. Link to wider digital marketing objectives including content, CRM and social media marketing.
- Define and activate locally a best-in-class content program to cover all needs from tactical to always on the content. Be able to demonstrate an expert understanding of creating and performance managing a long-term content program that will meet the market needs and performance objectives.
- Strong performance management attitude to support activation in both brand and e-commerce channels. Ability to provide proactive feedback to markets and activation teams (content, technology and strategy) to improve the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to translate global models into local toolkits, guidelines and best practices. This in line with best practice sharing as part of the overall capacity building of the function and the wider organization.
- Experience in embedding and refining a clear way of working across multiple teams as well as in establishing and proactively refining delivery best practices and agile ways of working. Take accountability for managing execution risk, ensuring risks are understood, prioritized and mitigated. Identifying and managing dependencies across teams and disciplines and ensuring stakeholders communications. Take a collaborative approach and foster strong working relationships across the organization, both globally and locally.
**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:
- Graduate degree or equivalent vocational training in marketing / digital / social
- 7+ years of proven work experience as a Digital brand and Marketing delivery manager in a similar role, ideally in agile and creative environments
- Experience in managing digital deployments using a global platform as well as in developing and executing localized digital marketing strategies and programs
- Experience in creating multi-channel digital campaigns (either stand-alone or as part of an ATL campaign)
- Performance and analytical mindset (metrics, KPI's and measurement frameworks)
- Ability to develop and grow partnerships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- English language both written and verbal is a must, French would be an advantage
