VOTRE RÔLE

Rattaché au département des opérations, tes principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Soutenir le Store Manager à piloter un centre de profit et le compte de résultats dans le respect des standards BURGER KING ® et des normes légales en vigueurs ;
- Contribuer à créer les conditions de développement commercial et de rentabilité du restaurant (pilotage d’événements, développement du savoir-faire des équipes, suivi des indicateurs de vente et de performance) par une anticipation active aux orientations stratégiques de BURGER KING® ;
- Veiller au maintien de la qualité de service en activant les leviers managériaux, marketing et clients
- Soutenir le Store Manager dans la supervision et la coordination des équipes (entre 15 à 25 personnes) ;
- Contribuer à développer les compétences et performances individuelles via l’animation de vos équipes autour de l’atteinte des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs et accompagner les trajectoires professionnelles ;

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) ou équivalent
- Diplôme de l’école Hôtelière (un atout)
- Patente (un atout)
- 2 à 3 d’expérience minimum dans un poste similaire et dans la restauration rapide
- Bonnes connaissances du système légale suisse + connaissances CCNT
- Allemand (niveau C1 min.) + français et/ou anglais (un atout)
- Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft + connaissance de l’outil Mirus (un atout)
