**Events & Logistic Coordinator**

For a permanent mission at 100%

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Workforce/staff logístical coordination for major international events ;
- Strategically plan, manage and deliver logistics and related operations such as registration concept and management ;
- Accommodation concept development and management ;
- Delivery, stock and warehouse management including custom management ;
- Lead, optimize and coordinate full event cycle ;
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers and partners ;
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and overall efficiency ;
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints in relation to logistics ;
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets ;
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement measures for improvement ;
- Attend cross-functional meetings to offer production leadership, expertise and innovative technical solutions and tools ;
- Ensure health and safety working systems and be responsible for minimizing operational risks ;
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies and ensure all services standards are compliant with company policies regarding security, confidentiality, sustainability and social responsibilityr

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- A clear understanding of all logístical aspects of the event industry ;
- At least 4 years of experience in events logistics ;
- Ability to travel and stay onsite for several weeks ;
- English and German are mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
