**Vos tâches**
- Responsabilité pour l'atteinte des objectifs & du chiffre d'affaires
- Développement de mesures pour augmenter le chiffre d'affaires
- Gestion, motivation & évolution des collaborateurs
- Conseil et vente orientés service
- Application de maquillage
- Tâches administratives : budget, commandes, analyses, etc.
- Planification et réalisation de promotions de vente
- Organisation de réunions d'équipe

**Qualifications** Votre profil**
- Diplôme de formation professionnelle, de préférence dans le commerce de détail
- Expérience professionnelle correspondante
- Personnalité entreprenante, avec bon esprit d'équipe
- Indépendance et orientation objectifs
- Excellentes manières ainsi qu'une présentation soignée
- Maîtrise parfaite du français
- L'anglais et d'autres langues étrangères sont un atout
- Flexibilité au niveau des heures de travail et des engagements le week-end
