Join one of Europe's leading independent digital agencies We are on the hunt for an energetic Strategic Agency Portfolio Manager who will be the driving force of several initiatives to make our clients successful. You are a sparring partner and go-to supporting hand for all the agency client teams and units. Having a growth mindset, you ensure that our service offering is leveraged across our entire client portfolio and that we don't miss out on development opportunities for our existing clients with promising up
- / cross-selling opportunities.

**Your duties are**

to maintain a hands-on client portfolio overview, conduct client portfolio analyses, identify new service-delivery opportunities and cluster and deliver learnings. You are a central point of contact for client teams and support them in the service portfolio stability and act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing and discipline-specific product owners to make sure that our client teams are provided with state-of-the-art solution updates. Additionally, you oversee that all our client mandates meet our business targets in terms of quality assurance and financial viability. You are responsible for developing new solutions, tools, tips, manuals for our Client Management System and give regular updates about account management mastery, digital-first innovations, case studies and industry updates to our client teams.

**You**
- have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the marketing field
- have a background in digital marketing, a "digital first" mindset and a holistic view of the customer experience journey
- have experience in professional client relationship management and project management and have worked with CRM (eg. Hubspot) and Project Management tools
- can read between lines, connect dots in complex situations and think outside the box to move forward
- draw your energy from teamwork and are able to lead a project team through challenging situations
- speak English and / or German fluently and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
