- Hermès est présent en Suisse depuis plus de 70 ans avec un réseau de 8 magasins répartis sur tout le territoire helvétique pour distribuer l’ensemble de nos créations. Ces magasins sont animés par les marchands d’Hermès au service de nos clients.
- Le/la stagiaire a pour principale mission d’assister l’équipe Offre Produits dans le suivi et l’optimisation des ventes et du stock de produits de la filiale.**Missions principales**:
**Analyse des résultats**
- Création et mise à jour des fichiers de reporting métiers
- Support dans la préparation des présentations de collections de Prêt-à-Porter

**Vérification des affectations de produits et des transferts**
- Suivi mensuel des affectations par métier avec le service clients
- Coordination des demandes de transferts et relance des magasins si besoin

**Communication Interne**
- Mise à jour hebdomadaire et communication de la Newsletter Offre Produits

**Participation à la préparation des sessions d’achats**
- Participation à la mise à jour des outils et analyses nécessaires pour les achats

**Veille concurrentielle**
- Suivi des lancements concurrents
- Établissement d’un rapport concurrence semestriel sur les métiers mode et sacs

**Profil**:

- De formation universitaire, idéalement en cours de master
- Une grande polyvalence et curiosité
- Une excellente connaissance des outils informatiques et une aisance particulière avec Excel et Powerpoint
- L’attention aux résultats et l’exigence de la qualité
- Le sens du collectif et du service
- Une très bonne capacité d’analyse
- Une forte affinité produits
- Une bonne aisance relationnelle
- Un excellent niveau en français et en anglais, l’allemand et l’italien étant des atouts
- Une expérience préalable en magasin ou en Retail Merchandising est un plus

**Conditions du stage**:

- A pourvoir dès février 2024
- Pour une durée de 6 mois minimum
- Une convention de stage est indispensable
