**The job will be located in Therwil.**

**How will you contribute to this role**:The person will be part of an international group working on new product development for Europe and on Global projects for the Oral Care category.**:
**The principal duties and responsibilities are**:

- ** Planning, implementing and tracking New Product Launches and Re-launches in close collaboration with the international Marketing Team and advertising development with the agency.**
- ** Support the development and Execution of solid Brand strategies/plans and programs for the assigned segments within the Oral Care category.**
- ** Support and coordinate for Europe marketing strategy on specific projects and programs to meet business objectives**
- ** Lead and coordinate bundle development with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain and Packaging teams**
- ** Interact with outside consultants including advertising agencies, public relations firms, market research consultants as per project needs**
- ** Frequent interaction with marketing departments of local Hubs and other Divisions and Global Marketing teams.**

**What are the required skills and competencies**:

- ** Good marketing and commercial capabilities, with the ability to translate a marketing plan into a sound commercial rationale and plan of action**
- ** Displays a strong growth mindset, and ability to deal with ambiguity**
- ** People centric and ability to connect the dots**
- ** Relationship building, influence and negotiation, excellent written and verbal communication skills and decision-making and analytical competencies**
- ** Strong project management and business strategy planning skills, at national, regional and practice area levels**
- ** Motivated, high energy, confident, with powerful initiative**

**What are the required qualifications**:

- ** Minimum 7-8 years of progressive relevant marketing experience; specific experience on innovation would be preferable.**
- ** Functional experience in marketing/ implementation of successful marketing plans, new products, digital campaign development**
- ** Experience in managing relationships with senior individuals and within a demanding and fast paced environment**
- ** Experience in managing complex projects and external suppliers**
- ** Seeking an international career path, open to experiences in different markets and environments**
