**The job will be located in Basel.**

**How will you contribute to this role?**:
The role will lead the development at European level of the Professional Strategy for a priority indication and innovation plans across the Colgate Palmolive portfolio. Specifically key areas of focus will be:

- Identify and develop innovation and Professional communication strategies and plans for Europe,
- Partner with Scientific Affairs, R&D and Insights to strengthen existing plans and products whilst constantly seeking to identify new and novel opportunities,
- Lead key new product and communication projects to deliver breakthrough results on time and on budget,
- Work closely with the Consumer Brand Team to deliver to the Europe Brand Strategy and Goals

**What are the required skills and competencies?**:

- Exposure to working with the Profession (medical, dental, veterinary etc)
- English fluency is mandated (CV to be sent in English only)
- Drive for results and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (Nielsen, Kantar, Market Mix Modelling, Financials - P&Ls)
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Creative thinking
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Managing ambiguity
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
- Seeking an international career path, mobile, open to experiences in different markets and environments.

**What are the required qualifications?**:

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum 3 years (no more than 5 in total) of relevant marketing experience supporting the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies, new products and innovation, business plans; background in a multinational company including a specific experience on innovation would be preferable.
- Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies would be also preferable.
