**Job Summary**

Provide overall administrative support to the President & GM, Hill’s Europe, and the Hill’s European Management Team. Manage communication and interface between Hill’s Europe and external or internal contacts. Provide coordination support for internal events and meetings, such as Budget Review meetings, Senior Leadership meetings, European Commercial Forums, etc., as well as European Veterinary Congresses. This position will encompass a wide range of administrative as well as general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. The ability to work independently, with good judgment and initiative is essential.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Administrative support to the President and General Manager, including calendar management, travel management and expense reporting. Maintain communication with Topeka-based Executive administrators as necessary.
- Provide support, and with limited supervision, act as project and planning/logistics coordinator for all projects for the Hill's Europe Management team. Such projects include the SLT meetings, European Commercial Forum, PVA meetings, Budget Review meetings and Intercom and ad-hoc requests. Manage all business related processes, including e-Buy for these activities.
- Coordinates Hill's presence at European and global specialist Congresses (~ 7 per annum) and the Hill's Global Symposium, including contacts with Congress organizers, shipments of stands and stand materials to and from the countries, etc. Manage all business related processes, including e-Buy for these activities.
- Consolidate information, inputs and produce the Divisional Calendar with monthly updates.
- Manages the Management Team and Senior Leadership Team communities
- Prepares memos, letters, monitor, handle, distribute & respond to incoming communications

**Basic qualifications include**:

- High School diploma
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience providing executive support
- Event coordination experience
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office - specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluent in English and German

**Preferred qualifications include**:
Post-secondary education

Experience with Google Tools, Excel and SAP
