**The job**:

- This position is temporary for 12 months, with the option to renew the contract at the end of the 12 months._

**What will you do?**
- Responsible and support our employees with our Time Tracking and Colgate vacation System.
- Provide assistance to employees, answer questions and follow up as needed; and participate as an active resource for any of the other HR areas.
- Assist in administrative support relating to immigration / work permits requests.
- Develop and issue of intermediary certificates and work certificates, employment letters, reference letters as well as various attestations.
- Assist employees on campus benefits (enrollment, status updates, etc.) and support on the management of the Colgate Benefits Portal.
- Manage document filing and the HR Archive.
- Monitor sick and accident cases, vacation leaves, etc..
- Supports on the reconciliation of monthly / quarterly analysis of data input.
- Support in the monthly payroll data input.
- Involvement in local employees relations initiative programs such End Year programs, Employee awards, etc.
- Monitors company compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

**What are the required qualifications/experience?**
- Experience in HR related policies and procedures
- Sound knowledge of swiss labor law and swiss social security
- Fluent in German and English

- A reliable team player, proactive, quick learner and independent worker able to effectively multi-task in a high pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Process and detail-oriented
- Good communications skills (oral and written)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace.
