**Responsibilities**:

- Acquisition of new customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality of experience by providing a personalized support and advice for our customers
- Expansion of existing customer relationships
- Active identification of customer needs and involvement in service development
- Working closely with the management teams
- Participation and representation at industry and customer events
- Support for strategic projects
- Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics, incorporate the opportunities of BPO services growth into the existing BPO strategy
- Prepare and issue sales materials and presentations and promotion programs
- Attend conferences and events on behalf of the company
- Actively participate in the drive to offer higher value services and solutions to the client organization through workshops, presentations and meetings with executives
- Assist in shaping the company’s external image and online presence

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business or related field
- 10+ years of experience in managing large customer accounts in the IT/SAP/Financial professional services field
- Funded experience in global service delivery models which are widely adopted for delivery of BPO services
- Deep understanding of various commercial models adopted in the offshore outsourcing sector for large B2B Enterprise customers.
- Customer-oriented, resilient, and team-oriented personality
- Structured, methodical, and precise working method
- High integrity and competent appearance
- Enjoyment of active, personal customer service
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong "can do" attitude
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written), French as an asset
