In your role as Integrity Operations Manager (“IOM”) you are accountable and responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of a robust and effective integrity operations program for the Motion Business (“MO”). You will also act as the MO Program Manager for the Integrity Transformation at MO. The role will report to the MO Head of Integrity and will be located in one of our ABB locations globally.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure that we have the right tools, processes, and resources to manage all activities under the Integrity Transformation Program
- Ensure coordination across all divisions for completion of obligations, tasks and activities re-quired for the Integrity Transformation within deadlines and attend relevant meetings in relation to Integrity Transformation activities.
- Assess and analyze different available data sources to derive Integrity Insights and propose actions to be taken (Risk Surveillance). Support in preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations for License to Operate and Integrity Committee meetings.
- Design relevant trainings for and support an effective deployment, rollout and monitoring of the Integrity Trainings within MO.
- Be the interface with the Group Head of Integrity Operations Team. Assess and develop the right technology, tools, solution, and programs to deliver effective due diligence, screening and reporting for all activities that require risk assessment, especially supporting Integrity-related pre-acquisition and formation due diligence.
- Preparing reports on all aspects of the Integrity Operations program for the MO L&I leadership team.
- Provide regular reports to the MO Business Area management and the ABB Group (incl. to the Group Chief Integrity Officer and the Project Management Office for the Integrity Transformation) on MO integrity matters, investigation metrics, trends and insights and Integrity Transformation related activities.
- Continuously assess and measure the program's effectiveness and tools, implement, and communicate changes when necessary, and lead, guide, upskill, develop, users of the various tools and processes.

**Your background**:

- Law Degree from a reputable law school or degree in accounting or audit such as LLB, CPA, CIA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in legal and integrity.
- Familiarity with integrity and compliance legal issues in both common law and civil legal systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a high performing team.
- Project management experience with Six Sigma certification and change management experience is highly desired.
- Experience working across many jurisdictions simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (written and oral). Additional language skills with the ability to draft and negotiate in more than one language would be preferred.
- Good understanding of IT tools especially MS Office (Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- As this is a role with global responsibility, willingness to work flexible hours when necessary to connect with colleagues in different time zones.
