**About the role**
- Lead the development and implementation of a scalable and efficient customer service model for our private banking clients, ensuring industry-leading service standards.
- Oversee and manage private banking projects to continuously enhance service delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiencies.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of relationship managers and client support staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, and providing end-to-end client service to private clients and proactively managing client expectations.
- Execute key internal compliance and risk management activities in coordination with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations).
- Support transaction management processes, including processing fiat and digital asset transactions, post-transaction AML monitoring, and other compliance-related checks.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure client needs are reflected in our offerings, continuously aligning services with the evolving digital asset landscape.
- Maintain and improve CRM system records, ensuring high standards of data integrity and client documentation.
- Act as a knowledge resource within the team, staying updated on crypto markets, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to support both team members and clients.

Key requirements:

- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (MSc/MBA/CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing role within private banking, wealth management, or digital assets, including project management experience
- Proven track record in team management and client relationship-building, especially with private clients
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering client-centric service model enhancements.
- Comprehensive understanding of Swiss banking regulations, especially in relation to client onboarding, KYC, AML, and compliance.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (particularly German or French) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
