Most recently, the firm launched six US-domiciled digital asset ETFs including ARKB, one of the largest spot Bitcoin products in the industry.

About the Role

Based in London, Zurich, or New York, 21Shares is looking to hire a Head of Content, reporting to Chris Wright, Global Head of Marketing. With a team of 5 across design and copywriting, you will lead content strategy and ensure consistency and quality across many different channels. As a strong storyteller from white papers to blog posts, able to synthesize many inputs to craft a thoughtful and consistent narrative, she/he will thrive in a fast-paced environment using first class organizational skills to align stakeholders and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the company, products, and customers to then be in a position to drive and develop the messaging and content needed to engage, inform, and convert clients, as well as grow the 21Shares brand globally.
  • Guide the creation of clear, consistent, and compelling content across all communication channels, including email, website, blog, social media, and optimizing content for different audiences.
  • Create and own the editorial calendar.
  • Partner cross-functionally, including marketing, research, product, and sales, to execute a buyer’s journey-based content plan with the goal of onboarding customers deeper into the 21Shares pipeline.
  • Define & track content KPIs to refine the execution of content strategy and demonstrate data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Manage creative and copywriters to help execute the content strategy.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant financial industry experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record developing and directing influential global branding and communication plans.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to understand building blocks of strong content and apply those principles across multiple mediums.
  • Self-starter, able to prioritize work within a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally a strong interest or experience in crypto, as well as ETPs and traditional finance.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, to navigate/coordinate with various groups within the organization.

(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
