We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales and BD Director Switzerland. Your responsibility is to acquire new customers as well as manage existing ones in Switzerland. We are a fast-growing software company and are doing things nobody has done before Thus, creative problem solving is a must and a get-things-done mentality a definitive requirement.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Spearhead the customer growth of the Lyfegen Software Platform and be a part of the future of sustainable healthcare
- Organize and prioritize prospects based on customer needs to go beyond transactional sales to become a true strategic partner
- Document, benchmark, and track interactions with prospective customers in our CRM tool
- Align the sales process to the customer’s buying process from prospection to close
- Communicate with clarity, purpose, and emotion to build a genuine connection with prospects and customers
- Advocate for your customers to ensure that they have everything they need
**Who you are**
- 3-5 years experience in a sales position selling to health insurances
- Self-guided and driven
- High emotional intelligence - you understand what motivates people
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written in German
- Fluent spoken and written in French is a plus
- Previous experience in B2B software sales preferred

**Salary**: CHF150,000.00 - CHF200,000.00 per year
