The Integrity Senior Counsel / Manager, Process Automation (PA) will be a part of the PA L&I team and will report to the Head of Integrity, Regulatory Affairs and Data Privacy, PA. The Integrity Counsel will work closely with the Head of Integrity, PA investigators and L&I, and other partners and stakeholders to manage U.S. Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) activities, a wide range of integrity matters and investigations, and internal disciplinary case management. Will also manage integrity program implementation within PA, including third-party risk management, M&A diligence, as well as integration and integrity support to the business.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Member of Core Team implementing DPA activities in PA.
- Work with various corporate functions, including the investigations and monitoring team, to review, analyze, and comment on centrally gathered investigations, integrity programs, and KPI data for the Business Area.
- Provide regular reports to the Process Automation Business Area management and the ABB Group (including to the Group Chief Integrity Officer and the Project Management Office for the Group DPA work plan) on PA integrity matters, DPA activities, and investigation metrics, trends, and insights.
- Train and communicate integrity policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance, support, and expertise to L&I and other stakeholders on the implementation of policies and procedures including the ABB Code of Conduct, third-party risk management, conflict of interest, gifts and hospitality, donations, and sponsorship.
- Support L&I colleagues and other stakeholders with reviewing agreements and due diligence reports.
- Manage allocation of internal investigations into integrity and HR-related topics and provide guidance, support, and expertise to HR colleagues and L&I colleagues conducting internal investigations.

**Your background**:

- Education: preferably a degree in law/accounting/audit such as LLB / CPA / CIA or equivalent.
- 6+ years’ experience in handling ethics and integrity investigations / forensic reviews in a multinational corporation, reputed legal firms, or consulting firms.
- Knowledge and experience in eDiscovery processes/data collection, analysis, results, and reporting.
- Good understanding of IT tools especially MS Office (Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and verbal English are essential, and additional languages are a bonus.
- Good judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Strong work ethic.
- Self-starter and motivated individual to operate with mínimal supervision in a dynamic and multicultural work environment and ability to multi-task with efficiency.
