**How you will contribute**

In your role, you will provide legal advice to the Business Unit Switzerland (BU CH) and the World Travel Retail and European Export and New Business (TREE) division. In addition, as part of the MEU Data Protection Office, you will provide legal advice on data protection issues (in particular under the GDPR) and support labour and employment initiatives and projects for the MEU region. In your various and broad fields of responsibility you will provide guidance and support to ensure managers are making reasonable and informed decisions regarding legal risks. You will provide in-house and external legal expertise to address the increasingly complex legal environment by partnering with business units, regions, and global stakeholders to identify and advise on applicable laws and regulatory changes for a given country and/or across multiple countries. You will report to the Counsel BU CH, TREE and New Business and Legal Lead Data Privacy and Employment MEU.

**What you will bring**

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:

- Completed master's degree at a Swiss university (lic. iur. or Master of Law)
- 3+ years of legal experience, ideally in a large multinational company or a Swiss law firm
- Good understanding and relevant working experience in Swiss commercial and contract law, Swiss corporate law, Data Privacy law (in particular GDPR); knowledge of (Swiss) employment law would be a benefit
- The ability to work efficiently and precisely even under high pressure in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, with the required level of independence
- Ability to prioritize conflicting needs and progress matters expeditiously
- A "growth" mindset and the interest to deepen your knowledge in various fields of law
- Strong analytical, strategic vision, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
- Highest level of integrity and trust; highly credible
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both German and English

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
