Vous serez rattaché à la direction générale de l’entreprise, pour établir et délivrer la stratégie d’évolution de la plateforme outils**.**

Vos responsabilités:

- Apporter une vision stratégique business pour faire évoluer la plateforme d’outils en intégrant les besoins des clients, les ressources et les enjeux technologiques
- En charge de la planification et de la priorisation des projets, pour concilier la sortie des projets long et court terme, en s’assurant de l’optimisation des ressources et de la qualité des services délivrés
- Challenger les développeurs et experts métiers dans les choix des systèmes techniques et d’information, pour scaler et répondre aux enjeux business
- Assurer l’adhésion et la prise en main des nouveaux outils par nos clients
- Insuffler une culture de la performance, du pilotage des résultats, mesurer les impacts business des projets
- Être le pivot entre les clients, experts métiers, développeurs et prestataires externes sur les projets les plus complexes
- Gérer les relations avec les prestataires externes et négociation des contrats principaux
- D’un excellent niveau académique, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans le domaine du digital et de la Fintech, idéalement acquise dans des structures à taille humaine ;
- Vous avez une compréhension approfondie des systèmes IT et des nouvelles technologies
- Vous avez une forte capacité analytique ;
- Vous êtes précis, rigoureux, vous avez l’esprit vif et vous apportez de la structure ;
- Vous êtes un bon communicant, avec une grande capacité à délivrer des messages clairs et à vulgariser des sujets parfois complexes ;
- Vous savez faire preuve de fermeté si nécessaire ;
- Focus sur l’optimisation et la productivité, vous aimez expérimenter de nouvelles solutions, tout en restant pragmatique pour choisir la plus optimale pour résoudre les problèmes ;
- Vous êtes excellent en gestion de projet afin de coordonner l’ensemble des plans d’amélioration (gestion de planning, allocation et management des ressources, pilotage des activités);
- Vous avez un penchant pour la data et les outils digitaux qui vont vous permettre de mesurer la performance et d’optimiser les opérations ;
- Appétence pour les sujets d’intelligence artificielle.
