The Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (IDHEAP) is Switzerland’s leading interdisciplinary teaching, research, and consulting entity dedicated entirely to the public sector. As a part of the University of Lausanne’s Faculty of Law, Criminal Justice, and Public Administration, its primary mission is to train senior managers in Switzerland’s public administrations.

IDHEAP seeks to recruit a professor of « **Sport Management and regulation** ».

Workplace : IDHEAP, on the University of Lausanne Campus, Dorigny

**Your responsibilities**:
In your functions, you will have to:

- Development and delivery of courses focused on sport management and regulation for the IDHEAP degree programs, in particular in the context of continuing education.
- Lead or our continuing education programs in sport management.
- Research on the management of public and para-public organizations in relation to the regulation of sport ecosystem components.
- Expertise and advisory services for governments and the broader public sector, and international sport organizations.

**Your qualifications**:
In order to complete our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills:

- PhD in management, public management, or economics related to current sport issues.
- Publications in leading international scientific journals, particularly in the field of sport management and regulation.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and conduct research and advisory projects for governments and the broader public sector in the field of sport.
- Excellent skills in quantitative methods.
- Excellent knowledge of English and French.
