**Position Summary**
Wir sind auf stetigem Wachstumskurs - daher suchen wir für unser engagiertes Team am Standort Zürich eine:n Qulity Manager / Kaufmännische:r Mitarbeiter:in im Marketing - Fokus Media (all gender)
**Key Responsibilities**
Als Quality Manager / kaufmännische:r Mitarbeiter:in im Marketing - Fokus Media (all gender) unterstützt du dein Team bei der ganzheitlichen strategischen und taktischen Betreuung unserer Kunden, damit wir deren KPIs erreichen und ihr Mediaetat optimal ausgeschöpft wird, indem wir ihre Werbung optimal platzieren.
Das bedeutet u.a.:
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Client-Service und Digital-Team zusammen und stärkst ihnen durch deine administrative Tätigkeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft den Rücken
- Dabei unterstützt bei der Budget
- und Zahlenkontrolle inklusive des internen sowie externen Handlings von POs
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zum Finance-Bereich und bist hierbei zuständig für die Klärung von Abrechnungsfragen
- Außerdem kontrollierst du unsere Mediapläne sowie Detailplanungen, pflegst unsere Mediatools und bereitest Wettbewerbsdaten auf
- Du unterstützt die Teams bei der Aufbereitung und Analyse der Performance-Daten sowie bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen und Recherchetätigkeiten
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Media
- oder Marketingbereich, hast du erfolgreich absolviert
- Außerdem verfügst du über erste Berufserfahrung aus dem Media-, Datenanalyse-, Finance-, Controlling
- oder Assistenzbereich - alternativ hast du Quereinstiegserfahrungen gesammelt
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch Genauigkeit und Proaktivität sowie durch eine ausgesprochene Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast eine außerordentliche Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
- Eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, verbunden mit einem hohen Commitment und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, zeichnen dich aus
- Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch deine guten Deutsch
