- Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for reducing development defects that make it to production through setting up, running and optimizing the processes and tools required to test the platform and features under development.
**You are taking responsibility in the following challenges**:
- Building and leading the QA and testing processes, tools and mindset in the whole scrum team.- Resource and test planning, test execution monitoring and reporting.- Track and prepare the report of testing activities like: testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.- Schedule, manage and coordinate releases within various platforms across different teams and projects.- Ensure content and structure of all testing documents/artifacts.- Arrange the hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup.- Attend the regular team meetings and keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the projects.- Analyze detailed business requirements specifications to develop test cases that reduce the risk of releasing features with, or that create, system defects.- Maintain test cases according to the evolution of the platform and its features.- Develop, maintain and execute yourself test plans that assure the correct functionality of the platform before new features are deployed.- Hands on mentality and daily testing is part of the day to day job.
**Skills**:
- Leadership to implement and drive the QA mindset in the scrum team.- Proven experience as Quality Assurance Manager.- Experience in release management.- Capability to communicate with technical and non-technical people.- Scrum knowledge and experience is a must.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.- Ability to perform all your tasks in good English. German is an advantage.- Basic knowledge about modern Technologies like PWA, React, iOS and Android is a major advantage as well.
