Nachdem du zu Beginn vor allem kleinere Projekte führst, legen wir grossen Wert auf deine persönliche Entwicklung und ermöglichen dir schrittweise die Leitung von mittleren und später grösseren Projekten. Dabei kannst du als Teil eines Teams von Pro-jektleitern von dem intensiven Austausch mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen profitieren

**Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Du führst selbständige Projekte oder Teilprojekte, zuerst kleinere und dann immer grössere und komplexere
- Entwickeln von innovativen und umsetzungsorientierten Konzepten
- Moderieren von Meetings, führen von Interviews und Workshops
- Präsentation der Ergebnisse bei Stakeholdern

**Profil & Anforderungen**:

- Du hast einen sehr guten Master Abschluss
- Du besitzt mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer externen oder internen Unternehmensberatung, einer Strategie
- oder Business Development-Abteilung
- Das Thema Business Case und das zugehörige Finanzwissen hast du im Griff
- Du hast schon selbst Projekterfahrung als Projektleiter gesammelt
- Du bist eine offene und interessierte Persönlichkeit und kannst dich rasch und systematisch in ein neues Gebiet einarbeiten und den Überblick gewinnen
- Du nutzt digitale Technologien zur Projektabwicklung und Ergebnisverbesserung
- Du hast ein hohes Interesse für die Energiebranche.
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind überdurchschnittlich.
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
